At St. Columba’s we try to reflect and embody God’s embrace as we welcome one another, seek the face of God and respect the dignity and integrity of every person, and become beloved community.
Below you will find some ways to honor Black History today and everyday.
1. Take a Sacred Ground course
A film and readings based dialogue series on race, grounded in faith. Small groups discuss chapters of US history of race and racism, weaving in threads of family story, economic class and political/regional identity.
